We do not use a TUBULAR steel or 2" or 4 " lightweight steel, in any of our buildings.
We use between 6" to 14" size with engineer building codes.
All framing parts are cut and punched as per the plans we provide and ready to be bolted together. The roof and wall sheeting is also cut to size, with minimal trimming required around windows, entry doors, and gable ends. No welding is needed. No crane is needed. No special tools are needed.

| Q: So, Im a first time land owner and am looking to purchace at least a 30x30 steel building. I was wondering who the best Alaskan (or Seattle) steel building references you have, as well as curiosity of what questions i should be asking. I understand roof pitch, but the qualities of products, vs. how much snow we get, Im clueless. Any help you can email me I would love.

| Q: am looking for a solution to adding an insulated roof system over an existing metal roof that is uninsulated with no way to spray foam the interior portion of the building./ we are in alaska and are wanting to get the highest r value possible. THX David |
