We are selling 4 steel buildings located in Pittsburg, Kansas that were formerly used as turkey barns about a year ago, but could be used for a variety of uses. They are 6-8 years old and were manufactured by Adams Truss, a company that has been building quality steel buildings since 1955. They are rigid I beam construction with 8 foot walls and 20 foot peaks. The buildings can be raised to a taller height if desired. The buildings will need to be disassembled and removed by the buyer by December 1st. Included with the buildings are heaters (propane forced air), water, lights, feeders, and fans. We have a total of 4, 15 ton gravity fed, feed bins also available for each building for $3,000 each. The sizes that are still remaining: (40� x 480� - 19,200 sq. ft.) (50� x 390� - 19,500 sq. ft.) (40� x 570� - 22,800 sq. ft.) (40� x 480� - 19,200 sq. ft.) The owner as agreed to sell two other buildings: (40' x 320') 12,800 sq.ft. and (50' x 520') 26,000 sq. ft. The 40 foot wide steel buildings have a 14 feet even inside peak ( can be raised with stem walls) with 5 foot sides, doors are 10 feet 10 inches tall and 11 feet 7 inches wide. The 50 foot wide steel buildings have a 15 foot 6 inch inside peak ( can be raised with stem walls) with 5' 1" sides, doors are 9 feet 6 inches tall and 10 feet 8 inches wide.
